They had no choice but to downgrade the HP rating, this is just proof that's it's never been a 270 HP engine. It's the same engine from 05, no changes. 15%-20% loss is typical for an automatic (without a roundel on the hood anyway
) which makes 258 more realistic based on the loss through the drivetrain.
