First I've heard of Android emails ever working for anyone on any BMW. Have tried SG Nexus, LG Nexus 5 Marshmallow, and Google Pixel Nougat. Sounds like Samsung added their own bluetooth support. Are you using the stock email program (Inbox or Gmail)?
