So it is bad news. Good news is I spoke a mobile diesel specialist who said that my ECU is most likely not flooded as my car still drives normally.
Glad that I parked my car after diagnostics with ISTA.

Sorry to read the bad news but it is lucky that the ecu survived, it looks like you acted just in time. This design flaw really can create havoc.
