I'm sure in that moment Mattia would strangle Leclerc for that L driver stunt
but has to be seen as a cool collective boss or the drivers would be at each other. If I was the boss I'd take him to a quiet place and ask for an explanation of his action in that moment and if not satisfied I'd act. It doesn't matter if he won 3 gp's last year, including Monza,has contract, if he can't gel with teammate then he's out and someone else is in.
