Arlo Ultra is IP65-certified just like prior models, but the Pro2s are cheaper and plenty good. 5 Cameras with rolling 7 day recordings are free and base can do USB storage. I haven't paid a dollar for a subscription in the several years of owning them. Ultra's had a bunch of bugs when they launched, just FYI.
