I've successfully coded EBT on my X1 but I'm having trouble getting any emails to display in Office on my Samsung S8 - only text messages. I tried a different (older) Android device and the emails do show up in Office, so it's not the vehicle or the coding but the phone itself. Anyone have a similar experience with Android and know what settings or changes need to be made to get emails to show up?
