Agreed - far worse than I expected as well. Though I'm not sure that he'll lose the toe, I think just pulling the entire nail with a set of vice grips ought to rectify it. Then when the new nail grows in eventually it grows in proper.

Maybe he is. From what I've heard, his past job description has included giving people needles quite frequently, mental counseling, and the like...that just screams medical professional to me!
