I know dozens, and know of probably hundreds of people who run Eibach Pro-Kit springs with standard dampers, and I've never heard of a related problem.
Obviously, ideally you would change the dampers to something more suited to the shorter spring, but don't get yourself in a twist about it. It will be fine
