(Q 4) feels preoccupied by the Internet when offline;
(Q 5) finds it difficult to stay away from the Internet for several days at a time;
(Q 6) goes online to escape problems or relieve negative mood;
(Q 7) has tried to cut back on Internet use, and, if so,
(Q 7A) whether the attempt was successful; and
(Q 8) how often respondent stays online longer than intended (very often, often, sometimes, rarely, or never).
