The usual time scale for electronics can be considered "instantaneous" compared to that of anything mechanical. So we can safely assume that within
micro seconds of wheel spin, the computer will try to apply brake.
Now the last part is still mechanical, so the real question is if the mechanical LSD will transfer the power and stop the wheel spin before the brake starts squeezing the rotor.
Judging by how fast modern ABS system works, I would bet that the brake will be faster than the LSD. But then I don't know the reaction time of typical mechanical LSDs.
