I would say almost certainly 245 can fit.. the only thing I can't comment is the stock rim offset might be close. I'm running spacers and there's tons of room. My old winter tires were actually 255 but again the offset of the wheels were less. Easiest way is to stick your head in there and see if you can fit 10mm closer to the strut which I bet you can.
