FYI, I don't know what OZ used to coat the carbon in their center caps, but it sucks. It's super easy to peel off and it comes off in once piece. You can then spray them with a decent clear coat and they'll look perfect again.
Mine looked worse than yours. This is how they look 6 months after I resprayed them.
