Michigan peach tart
Recipe modified from Bruno Albouze’s peach and lavender tart

Hazelnut pastry crust, vanilla custard with diced Michigan peaches and white chocolate ganache whipped cream. Nearing the end of the batch of Michigan peaches I froze this summer. The peaches’ color, flavor and texture has held up well in the freezer.

Peaches are my favorite!
