We got one guy who never unloads his bars. Finally got him this morning when he left the bench I typically use loaded.
I asked him are you finished as he had 185lbs on it. He looked kind of bewildered.....then said yeah....should I unload it?
I told him snidely He should always rack his weights....but not to worry as I would just use it for my warm-up set.
