The energy levels start going down fast when you eat rich foods, are stressed and the end result is on the couch more and more.
Changes happen in months. A body can be trained to a couch life fast. I know since I hurt my ankle last autumn and months of bitching got me reading even more than normal but now that the ankle is finally healing again, at so pm all I want is a hearty meal of carbs and my Kindle instead of the veggies I've been eating in the evenings all my life.
I'm a 35 year old female so age also plays a part in these. I'm clearly hitting the couch age now.
