That particular SanDisk, the Ultra Fit, is known for running very hot. So is the SanDisk Cruzer.
My suggestion would be either
this Lexar or
this Samsung ... or, if you don't mind a little stick-out, either
this Samsung or
this Sandisk Extreme (which is overkill, but it's solid).
