Pretty cool how you can turn your body into a machine. The more you workout, the faster your metabolism gets, the more calories you can consume, the more muscle you can put on in less time, and so forth...

Arnold was infamously known for eating entire pies from House of Pies just days before his competitions. It's because the dude worked out like 4 hours a day with two separate intense workouts. His muscle bellies would just fill out and he wouldn't store body fat because his metabolism was stupid crazy.

Oh, and he might have been taking some drugs
