Uh, you're in public, there's no expectation of privacy. If you're not comfortable drive to the nearest police station or if you're in a state that allows it carry a gun in your car.

I do it for my safety. These days with people trying to say you hit them, power tripping cops, and crazy drivers like these sometimes having that camera saves your ass.
