How many laps were on Ham medium tires when Vettel switched to softs. Half of those laps spent behind Sainz dirty air.

Exactly.. Ham spent most of the race unable to overtake anyone. Last year he would have flown by the Torro Rossos and Rosberg would have went around Kimi pretty easily.
