Probably shouldn't say this in here, but I wanted us to get a 3 series touring
, but Mrs W didn't want a big car either.
We were lucky enough to have a demo X1 for about a month and it was so good we didn't want to give it back. It is only the same length as my 2 series , but is very practical with lots of room in the back and boot space, which is configurable if you tick the sliding rear seat option. More importantly they are nice to drive too.
Oh yes must must add the cabin is really classy at night with the ambient lighting inside.
