iOS 13 CarPlay

Probably an obvious question, but once iOS 13 comes out in fall, will CarPlay be upgraded on our BMWs as well? Not sure if it depends on the phone's iOS or not.

Seems to be a nice update, but I imagine those of us who haven't coded will still be stuck with the split-screen version of CarPlay.

After some research, it seems like as long as your phone OS is updated, so will CarPlay. So this topic can be closed lol

One good feature I just read is that if you have maps on CarPlay, you can switch apps on your phone to whatever and it won't turn off maps on the screen.
