M1941D1R. I have this version on my f40. The problem comes when using bimmercode, the full screen works, but on the touch screen half of the cardplay stops working, it doesn't allow me to use the right side. I have also noticed that the image looks stretched.

Hello! I am new here and google brought me here.
So I have 2019 F48 LCI and when i got it CarPlay was on, after software update and map update by dealer CarPlay function is gone . I spoke to the dealer about missing CarPlay and they said my car don't have CarPlay support and probably the previous owner had somehow activated it at a workshop.
Is it possible to activate it again?

You can't. No ENTRYNAV2 supports Android Auto, and your ENTRYNAV2 does not support CarPlay.
