hi, i need some help.

my f48 2.0i 2016 was running really badly and i could hear a clicking noise from the engine bay. long story short, I figured out that it was a faulty fuel tank breather valve which i replaced 13907621174. the car runs slightly better but still has a loud noise when accelerating and does intermittently struggle for a few seconds, sometimes it smooths out at speed and is quiet.

do i need to replace the fuel tank breather line 13907626118?
any other suggestions?
