F48 heater issues air mixing flap

Hi, i have problem wit my f48. Air mixing flap was broken.. i thought that problem is flap acuator but when i remove it i noticed that i vcan turn around flap axle, maybe some one have idea how to aolve this? I need to change whole heater frame?

if the shaft is broken onto the flap there's nothing yo can do except replace the whole heater assembly (can be found cheap online, used, but the procedure to replace is is infamous).

if you're brave and confident in such this kind of experiment, is (theorically) possible to replace the flap itself but cutting an access hole into the heater, and then weld it back (it abs)..

@theriddle flap is broken inside heater, im planning to remove dashboard planel and change whole heater frame, maybe you know there is the way to change part of heater frame? I dont want to disconnect heater core and ac from the pipes

I have dual zone climate control, ant i think my heater has been changed before, could someone tell me what is the right part number of the heater box, part number lable is near cabin filter..

9383118 single zone like mine, or 9383117 dual zone

Honestly I don't know..
I never considered to remove the dash..
use and endoscope, pass from the footwell duct and check the status of the flap

and sarch for my other post about this, there's an interesting video of the flap
