F48 - Towbar fitting instructions

Hello all!

I am looking to install a towbar for bike rack for my 2019 X1 18i F48, and may be an occasional cargo box in future for longer trips. I have been quoted ~£3.5K by my local BMW dealer, and around ~£800 from independent installers. I am trying to understand what's involved, and may be, have a go at doing it myself. Can anyone point me to the instructions I could follow. Even there was an official guidelines on installing and wiring?

New to these forums, and have tried searching but I couldn't find anything. Appreciate your help!

Cheers
