I will wait to see the X2 M35i in an appropriate color before I puke.

Here is a perfect example of BMW starting strong and going nowhere fast. Where did this concept go?
I think we need to start thinking of BMWs concept cars as like photos you'd see on a dating website....

... gulp [thinks] should have turned round and walked out of the bar

Maybe it?s the color or angle... however this thing is damn ugly. I think my focus hatchback looks better than this thing.

Awful. It looks like a Hyundai with $20 ebay roundels stuck on the C pillar. Horrible looks and FWD underpinnings, BMW should be ashamed to even be producing something like this.

Ignoring the badge, the F48 is easily the best vehicle in its class. Only BMW faithful say it's a shit car for no other reason than because it's a FWD-based BMW and that's sacrilege. Yes the E84 may out-handle it and may be the better "car" or "wagon", but the F48 is the better compact crossover.
Totally!! Have to agree with these comments... all the tests and reviews rate the new model as best in class regardless of drive orientation. Comments like "it's not a BMW unless it's RWD" are pretty silly really... at the end of the day, if you don't like it don't buy it... plenty of people will.

And those writing off the car we see here simply because it's not RWD are not really understanding what this car is actually all about! It's not aimed at the enthusiast but at someone wanting a 'trendy' sporty looking SUV because SUVs are in at the moment! And I'm sure with the M body kit and oversized wheels it'll look quite the part (maybe)
