2016 X1 F48 2.0 I location of catalytic converter

Due to thefts of the above, can anyone tell me where the converter is located: near front or rear of engine?

I'm fairly sure that on the F48, there are multiple catalytic converters much like most if not all newer vehicles these days. I believe one is part of the exhaust manifold itself just after the turbocharger and there are more downstream along the exhaust piping. Is there really an issue with people stealing the catalysts from F48s?

Stealing from large UK Diesel engined vehicles. Yes in the UK.

location of catalytic converters on F48

Thanks for the information from both of you.
I've not heard of thefts from F48's as yet. Currently it seems to be Toyotas and Hondas. I just wanted to be sure so I can park the car so as to make access difficult.
Mine is a 2.0 petrol so fingers crossed.
