I think it looks good! I hope BMW would offer couple more interesting colors than what they offer for X1.

You think? I don't know...the lights on the Q3 are angled really well and SO bright in comparison to typical fog lights. I find myself driving her car with those engaged at night - it gives you great coverage of the road.

Considering the low works as the high beam as well i see no reason why bmw cannot do the same and save money in the process. |

I am 99% sure they're LED - which makes a big difference obviously - but it's also a good design, because you can use the lower aspects of the front fascia for things like airflow, and don't have to be dedicated to lights.

Updated July 12, 2017:
We have added more looks at the X2, showing two different front bumper designs - one resembling the recently revealed patent design, and the other a sportier version, most likely representing two different levels of X2 models. We also finally get the first look at the X2's interior.

"First" look at the X1's interior..which btw is one of the cheapest, most uninspired interiors in recent BMW history. The last gen interior looks miles above this utter crap.
Well, but that's not something that we wasn't expecting already. What is this going up against? Evoque? |

I'm not sure I understand what the difference is between this and the X1.

And I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I think this car looks really great in the new shots right at the top of the page (pics 3-14 specifically) Clearly this is a sport trimmed variant, with a much deeper front air-dam more akin to the concept car (if not quite as deep) The side profile is sporty, high wasted and haunchy with very little front overhang for a FWD car (proving it is possible to build FWD vehicles without huge overhangs!) I think this will look distinctive and cool when revealed. Maybe it wont look very BMW but car design has to move with the times and while I hear comments like "it looks like a cheap Korean design"... some of the latest designs to come out of Korea are actually very cool indeed!! How will it drive?? Well if Ford & VW can build great driving FWD cars (Mondeo, Focus, Golf, Scirocco, Fiesta) most of which I've owned so can vouch for, then I'm damn sure BMW can too Last edited by nozydog; 07-13-2017 at 05:35 AM.. |
