saphirschwarz.f48 the difference between these boxes is additional electric heater(9383118 like mine there is with additional electric heater) i dont know why they named it single zone, because there is two air mixing flaps, for left and right side. 9383117 dont have electric heater, mostly diesel cars have additional electric heaters. If your f48 is diesel you can check your heater box it shoul be named single zone, you can check that.
